A great way to use browned bananas!
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 large egg
- ½ cup butter
- ¾ cup brown sugar
- 2 to 3 over-ripened bananas
Instructions
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine dry ingredients. In a separate large mixing bowl, beat eggs and blend in butter and sugar. In a third large bowl, mash bananas. Mix together wet ingredients. Slowly add in dry ingredients and mix until well blended.
- Pour batter into a baking pan. Air fry at 350°F for 30 minutes. Insert a toothpick into the center. If the toothpick comes out clean, the bread is done.
