Tangy and flaky fish tacos!
Ingredients
- 1 lb tilapia
- Salt and pepper
- 2 Tbsp oil
- 1 small lime, juiced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
- 8 white corn tortillas
Instructions
- Season the fish with salt and pepper on both sides. In a mixing bowl, whisk together oil, lime juice, garlic, and seasonings. Add fish to a large Ziplock bag and pour the marinade over the fish. Seal bag and allow to marinate for 20 minutes.
- Place the Grill Plate into the Air Fryer Oven and pre-heat. Brush with olive oil and use rubber tipped tongs to place fish fillets on the grill.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side. Transfer fish to a plate. Add corn tortillas to the grill and warm for about 20 seconds on each side.
- Serve the grilled fish on the warm tortillas, add your favorite toppings and enjoy!
