This delightful dish combines air fried tater tots with hamburgers for one savory, bite-sized snack. We'll even show you how to make some secret sauce to go on the side, or drizzle on top!

Ingredients

  • 63 tater tots (frozen)
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • ½ onion, diced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 Tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp yellow mustard
  • 2 Tbsp ketchup
  • 2 Tbsp dill pickle relish
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

    Special sauce
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 4 Tbsp dill pickle relish
  • 2 Tbsp yellow mustard
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium high heat. Drain grease, then add beef and onions back to the skilled. Cook until softened.
  2. Remove from heat. Add mayonnaise, mustard, ketchup, and relish to the ground beef mixture. Stir to combine. Salt and pepper to taste.
  3. In a miniature muffin tin, place three tater tots in each cup. Air fry for 7 minutes at 350° F. While tater tots cook, combine all sauce ingredients in a small bowl.
  4. Remove tater tots from air fryer. Using a tamper, press down to create a divot in each tater tot cup. Fill with ground beef mixture and top with cheddar cheese.
  5. Return the tater tot bites to the air fryer. Air fry for an additional 10 minutes at 350° F.
  6. Serve with special sauce drizzled on top or as a dipping sauce. Enjoy!
