This delightful dish combines air fried tater tots with hamburgers for one savory, bite-sized snack. We'll even show you how to make some secret sauce to go on the side, or drizzle on top!
Ingredients
- 63 tater tots (frozen)
- 1 lb ground beef
- ½ onion, diced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 Tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp yellow mustard
- 2 Tbsp ketchup
- 2 Tbsp dill pickle relish
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
Special sauce - ½ cup mayonnaise
- 4 Tbsp dill pickle relish
- 2 Tbsp yellow mustard
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium high heat. Drain grease, then add beef and onions back to the skilled. Cook until softened.
- Remove from heat. Add mayonnaise, mustard, ketchup, and relish to the ground beef mixture. Stir to combine. Salt and pepper to taste.
- In a miniature muffin tin, place three tater tots in each cup. Air fry for 7 minutes at 350° F. While tater tots cook, combine all sauce ingredients in a small bowl.
- Remove tater tots from air fryer. Using a tamper, press down to create a divot in each tater tot cup. Fill with ground beef mixture and top with cheddar cheese.
- Return the tater tot bites to the air fryer. Air fry for an additional 10 minutes at 350° F.
- Serve with special sauce drizzled on top or as a dipping sauce. Enjoy!
