A sweet treat you won't feel guilty about! This better-for-you option by halving the butter, using egg whites instead of whole eggs, and using sugar substitute. All of the flavor, less calories and cholesterol!

Ingredients

  • 1 ¼ cups applesauce
  • 1 cup Stevia baking sugar
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • 4 egg whites
  • 3 Tbsp milk
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp ground nutmeg
  • ¼ tsp ground allspice
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ½ cup chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Lightly grease the baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the applesauce, sugar, oil, eggs, and milk; beat well. Sift in the flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, and salt; stir until smooth. Fold in the in pecans. Pour batter into prepared pan.
  3. Bake in preheated Air Fryer Oven for 20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the loaf comes out clean.
