Crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside! Dip these in your favorite sauce for a mid afternoon snack!


  • 3/4 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 egg
  • 1 jar dill pickles, slices


  1. In a bowl, stir together panko, oregano, garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper. In a separate bowl, whisk egg and set aside.
  2. Pat pickle chips dry with paper towels. Dredge pickle chips first in egg and then in breadcrumbs. Separate pickles into batches. Place one batch onto a mesh tray and cook for 5 minutes at 370⁰F.
  3. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce!
