A protein and fat packed way to start your day!
- 1 avocado
- 2 eggs
- Fresh chives
- Fresh parsley
- Salt & pepper
- Slice the avocado in half and remove the pit. Use a spoon to scoop out 20% of the flesh.
- Chop your chives and parsley into thin pieces. Season the avocado halves with salt, pepper,
chives and parsley. Afterwards, crack one egg into each of the halves.
- Place your avocado boats onto mesh racks in the Air Fryer Oven. Bake at 350°F for 6-8 minutes or until egg is cooked to your liking.
- Sprinkle with extra chives and parsley and serve!
