This dish serves as a tasty appetizer or snack. Brussel sprouts are extremely healthy too! They are high in vitamins, fiber and potassium and help boost your immune system, improve bone strength and increase your metabolism.


  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • 8 slices of bacon
  • 16 Brussel sprouts


  1. In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, pepper and garlic powder.
  2. Slice the Brussel sprouts in half lengthwise. Place them in the marinade and let them sit for 20 minutes covered.
  3. Get your skewers and stick the end of a piece of bacon through the skewer. Add a Brussel sprout, fold the bacon over the Brussel sprout and onto the skewer. Repeat with three more Brussel sprouts, ending with bacon. Repeat these steps until all the Brussel sprouts and bacon are used.
  4. Place your skewers onto the air fryer kebab rack or rotisserie skewers and place the rack in the air fryer/air fryer oven. Air fry in air fryer at 350°F for 5 minutes, flip them and air fry for an additional 4-5 minutes. Air fry in the air fryer oven for 10 minutes at 350°F.
