A great way to use browned bananas!


  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 large egg
  • ½ cup butter
  • ¾ cup brown sugar
  • 2 to 3 over-ripened bananas


  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine dry ingredients. In a separate large mixing bowl, beat eggs and blend in butter and sugar. In a third large bowl, mash bananas. Mix together wet ingredients. Slowly add in dry ingredients and mix until well blended.
  2. Pour batter into a baking pan. Air fry at 350°F for 30 minutes. Insert a toothpick into the center. If the toothpick comes out clean, the bread is done.
