Cauliflower bites tossed in buffalo wing sauce
- 1 head of cauliflower
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1 tbsp melted butter
- ¾ cup buffalo wing sauce
- Cut cauliflower into florets. Place inside a large mixing bowl or 1-gallon zip seal bag. Add olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper. Toss to coat florets.
- Spread florets evenly on the mesh trays. Air fry at 400°F for 6 minutes. Remove florets and allow to cool. Place back into olive oil mixture. Add melted butter and hot wing sauce. Toss to coat florets. Air fry at 370°F for another 5-8 minutes.
- Serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing (optional).
