Cauliflower bites tossed in buffalo wing sauce


  • 1 head of cauliflower
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 1 tbsp melted butter
  • ¾ cup buffalo wing sauce


  1. Cut cauliflower into florets. Place inside a large mixing bowl or 1-gallon zip seal bag. Add olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper. Toss to coat florets.
  2. Spread florets evenly on the mesh trays. Air fry at 400°F for 6 minutes. Remove florets and allow to cool. Place back into olive oil mixture. Add melted butter and hot wing sauce. Toss to coat florets. Air fry at 370°F for another 5-8 minutes.
  3. Serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing (optional).
