Are you under pressure to make a great dinner? Try our chili lime chicken recipe tonight!

  • 2 lbs. chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
  • 2 medium limes
  • 1 ½ tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Tabasco sauce

  1. Place chicken breasts into the base of the pressure cooker pot. Squeeze in the juice of both limes. Sprinkle all seasonings and Tabasco sauce over chicken and add garlic. Use clean hands to rub mixture onto all sides of chicken.
  2. Secure lid and cook at high pressure for 6 minutes. When finished let natural release for another 5 minutes and then release the remaining steam manually. You can release steam manually at the end of the cooking time if you're in a hurry. Make sure the chicken has an internal temperature of 160° before consuming.
  3. Shred chicken with two forks and return to pot and toss with juices. Season with additional salt and pepper to taste if desired.
