Chewy and fudgy dessert goodness!


  • 4 ounces unsalted butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup flour
  • ¼ tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 8 ounces semi-sweet or bittersweet chocolate


  1. Melt the butter and chocolate together. Set aside to cool or place in an ice water bath. Beat eggs and sugar. Add salt and mix well. Drizzle in the cooled chocolate mixture. Stir in the flour but do not over mix.
  2. Transfer batter into a baking tray and place on the bottom rack. Select Bake and set for 20 minutes at 350°F.
