Grilled Peaches with Ice Cream

Peaches and nectarines are the perfect ingredients for this dish, because they make an excellent addition to just about anything! These fruits are juicy with a tender texture that are packed with tons of flavor!


  • 2 peaches, ripe
  • 2 nectarines, ripe
  • canola oil
  • 8 large scoops of vanilla ice cream
  • honey, for drizzling
  • salt, for sprinkling


  1. Preheat the grill to medium high heat.
  2. Cut your peaches and nectarines into halves. Then, brush them with canola oil and place them on the grill. Grill for 1-2 minutes on each side, or until grill marks appear and the fruit starts to caramelize.
  3. Once your fruit is done grilling, remove them from the grill and onto a serving plate. Drizzle with honey, salt and serve with a scoop of ice cream!
