Peaches and nectarines are the perfect ingredients for this dish, because they make an excellent addition to just about anything! These fruits are juicy with a tender texture that are packed with tons of flavor!
- 2 peaches, ripe
- 2 nectarines, ripe
- canola oil
- 8 large scoops of vanilla ice cream
- honey, for drizzling
- salt, for sprinkling
- Preheat the grill to medium high heat.
- Cut your peaches and nectarines into halves. Then, brush them with canola oil and place them on the grill. Grill for 1-2 minutes on each side, or until grill marks appear and the fruit starts to caramelize.
- Once your fruit is done grilling, remove them from the grill and onto a serving plate. Drizzle with honey, salt and serve with a scoop of ice cream!
