This fun sweet treat has the perfect combination of crumbly goodness from the cookies and cold creaminess from the ice cream.
Ingredients
- 1 1/3 cup flour
- 1/3 cup coconut sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 1/2 sticks of butter
- 4 Tbsp honey
- 3 Tbsp whole milk
- 1 Tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup chocolate chips
ICE CREAM: - 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup half and half
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 whole vanilla bean
- 1/2 tsp of salt
- 4 cups ice
Instructions
- COOKIES - Add butter and sugars into a large mixing bowl - using an electric beater, mix the sugar and butter together thoroughly.
- Next, add flour, honey, cocoa powder, vanilla, and milk. Mix well, then fold in the chocolate chips a little at a time.
- Using a tablespoon, make about 12- 17 balls of cookie dough and place them into the baking pan about 2 inches apart. Bake for 15 minutes at 350°F.
- ICE CREAM - In your blender, add all the ice cream ingredients and blend until mixture becomes ice cream!
