This fun sweet treat has the perfect combination of crumbly goodness from the cookies and cold creaminess from the ice cream.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/3 cup flour
  • 1/3 cup coconut sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 sticks of butter
  • 4 Tbsp honey
  • 3 Tbsp whole milk
  • 1 Tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

    ICE CREAM:
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup half and half
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 whole vanilla bean
  • 1/2 tsp of salt
  • 4 cups ice

Instructions

  1. COOKIES - Add butter and sugars into a large mixing bowl - using an electric beater, mix the sugar and butter together thoroughly.
  2. Next, add flour, honey, cocoa powder, vanilla, and milk. Mix well, then fold in the chocolate chips a little at a time.
  3. Using a tablespoon, make about 12- 17 balls of cookie dough and place them into the baking pan about 2 inches apart. Bake for 15 minutes at 350°F.
  4. ICE CREAM - In your blender, add all the ice cream ingredients and blend until mixture becomes ice cream!
