Pressure Cooker Peaches and Ice Cream

Use your pressure cooker for a sweet summertime treat.

Ingredients

  • 5-6 small pieces
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp almond extract
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 cup water.
  • Vanilla ice cream

Instructions

  1. Cut and pit the peaches.
  2. Cut together flour, butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, almond extract, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Fill the peaches with the mixture.
  4. Place rack into your pressure cooker. Add 1 cup of water. Place peaches on the rack and lock the lid.
  5. Set your pressure cooker for 3 minutes at medium pressure.
  6. Plate peaches. If desired, add a scoop of vanilla and serve them a la mode!
