Use your pressure cooker for a sweet summertime treat.
Ingredients
- 5-6 small pieces
- 1/4 cup flour
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp almond extract
- pinch of salt
- 1 cup water.
- Vanilla ice cream
Instructions
- Cut and pit the peaches.
- Cut together flour, butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, almond extract, and salt in a bowl.
- Fill the peaches with the mixture.
- Place rack into your pressure cooker. Add 1 cup of water. Place peaches on the rack and lock the lid.
- Set your pressure cooker for 3 minutes at medium pressure.
- Plate peaches. If desired, add a scoop of vanilla and serve them a la mode!
