What's better than oatmeal? Pumpkin spice oatmeal!
Ingredients
- 2 cups steel-cut oats
- 15 oz pumpkin puree
- 1/4 cup dark brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp coconut palm oil
- 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 6 cups water
- 1 Tbsp vanilla extract
- Chopped walnuts (optional)
- Honey (optional)
Instructions
- Add all ingredients except for nuts and honey to the pressure cooker.
- Cook on high pressure for 10 minutes.
- Serve and top with nuts and/or honey, if desired.
