A protein packed snack, perfect for carnivores!


  • 3 lb. chicken breasts
  • 1 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp pepper


  1. Slice your chicken breasts into long, thin strips less than an inch wide.
  2. Mix all your ingredients together and marinate the chicken for at least an hour.
  3. Put the chicken slices onto your dehydrator, making sure there are no touching pieces.
  4. Dehydrate at 160°F for 8 hours.
