This dish is a great holiday twist on the traditional hummus
Ingredients
- 15 oz. can chickpeas, drained
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- ¼ cup tahini
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 canned chipotle
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- ½ of lemon zested
- juice of 1 lemon
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- ¼ tsp smoked salt to taste
- ¼ tsp cayenne
Instructions
- Combine all of the hummus ingredients together in a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy. Add more oil or lemon if desired.
- Pour into a serving bowl. Garnish as you like. Serve with your favorite chips!
