Try our Spicy Shrimp Fajitas in your air fryer today! This recipe was extremely easy to make and only takes about 12 minutes to cook! We had a ton of fun creating it and we hope you will make it yourself at home. Create a keto version by swapping out tortillas for lettuce.
Ingredients
- 1 lb raw + Shelled Shrimp
- 1 large poblano chile
- 2 bell peppers
- 1/2 small yellow onion
- 1 jalapeno
- 2 cloves garlic - minced
- 2 tbs lime juice
- 4 tbs Fajita seasoning
- 4 tbs olive oil
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients
- Mix well
- Toss everything in your air fryer
- Cook at 370°F for 8 minutes
- Remove basket and mix ingredients thoroughly
- Return basket to air fryer and cook for another 4 minutes at 370°F
- Add your favorite toppings and enjoy!
