Try our Spicy Shrimp Fajitas in your air fryer today! This recipe was extremely easy to make and only takes about 12 minutes to cook! We had a ton of fun creating it and we hope you will make it yourself at home. Create a keto version by swapping out tortillas for lettuce.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb raw + Shelled Shrimp
  • 1 large poblano chile
  • 2 bell peppers
  • 1/2 small yellow onion
  • 1 jalapeno
  • 2 cloves garlic - minced
  • 2 tbs lime juice
  • 4 tbs Fajita seasoning
  • 4 tbs olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients
  2. Mix well
  3. Toss everything in your air fryer
  4. Cook at 370°F for 8 minutes
  5. Remove basket and mix ingredients thoroughly
  6. Return basket to air fryer and cook for another 4 minutes at 370°F
  7. Add your favorite toppings and enjoy!
