A filling side dish - or even a light lunch!
Ingredients
- 6 sweet potatoes
- 2 1/2 cups of water
- Brown sugar (optional)
- Butter (optional)
- Cinnamon (optional)
Instructions
- Rinse Potatoes
- Poke holes in each potato
- Add rack into the pressure cooker pot and place sweet potatoes on top.
- Add 2 1/2 cups of water
- Select Manual and cook on high pressure for 16 minutes. Quick release.
- Prepare toppings and add your favorites!
- Enjoy!
