Ingredients
- 3/4 cup panko bread crumbs
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 egg
- 1 jar dill pickles, slices
Instructions
- In a bowl, stir together panko, oregano, garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper. In a separate bowl, whisk egg and set aside.
- Pat pickle chips dry with paper towels. Dredge pickle chips first in egg and then in breadcrumbs. Separate pickles into batches. Place one batch onto a mesh tray and cook for 5 minutes at 370⁰F.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce!
