An American favorite that will sure to bring comfort your way. Using apples in a recipe is ideal, because apples are great for weight loss, preventing cancer, maintaining your digestive health and more.

Ingredients

  • 1 medium apple
  • 2 Tbsp walnuts, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp raisins
  • 1 ½ tsp butter, melted
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp nutmeg
  • ¼ cup water
  • agave nectar

Instructions

  1. Cut the apple in half around the middle and spoon out some of the flesh. Place the apple in a cake pan safe for the air fryer.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the butter, cinnamon, nutmeg, walnuts and raisins. Spoon the mixture into the centers of the apple halves.
  3. Pour water into the pan and place the cake pan in the air fryer basket. Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes. Drizzle agave nectar over the top of the apples and enjoy!
