Soft and fresh, this breakfast is sure to start your day off right.
Ingredients
- 6 eggs
 - 1 cup whole milk
 - 1 tsp salt
 - 1 cup all-purpose flour
Suggested Topping: - Chocolate hazelnut spread
 - Berries
 - Banana slices
 
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, beat together eggs and milk. Sift in flour and salt. Mix using an electric mixer and set aside.
 - Lightly butter the inside of 4 ramekins or 4 small oven-safe cups. Fill each ramekin ¼ full of batter. Place ramekins on wire rack and air fry at 400°F for 6-8 minutes. Carefully remove pancake bites from ramekins and top with chocolate hazelnut spread, banana slices or berries.
