Cutting carbs doesn't have to mean missing out on your favorite treats! This version of chocolate cake is keto friendly and gluten free!

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups fine almond powder
  • ¼ cup cocoa powder
  • 2 ¼ tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1/3 cup milk or water
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/3 cup granulated erythritol
  • 1 ½ tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, still all ingredients together very well. Spread into prepared 8-inch baking pan. Bake for 13 minutes at 350°F, or until firm. Let cool completely before frosting (optional). Enjoy!
