Cutting carbs doesn't have to mean missing out on your favorite treats! This version of chocolate cake is keto friendly and gluten free!
Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups fine almond powder
 - ¼ cup cocoa powder
 - 2 ¼ tsp baking powder
 - ½ tsp salt
 - 1/3 cup milk or water
 - 3 eggs
 - 1/3 cup granulated erythritol
 - 1 ½ tsp vanilla extract
 
Instructions
- In a medium mixing bowl, still all ingredients together very well. Spread into prepared 8-inch baking pan. Bake for 13 minutes at 350°F, or until firm. Let cool completely before frosting (optional). Enjoy!
