One of our two monster burgers, created with the help of our community! This one swaps buns for air-fried ramen, with toppings of slaw and aioli!

Ingredients

  • Patty:
  • 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 2 tbs green onions
  • 1 tsp coarse salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 tsp Szechuan sauce
  • 1 tsp Soy sauce
    Bun
  • 1 package of ramen noodles
  • 1 tsp coarse salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tbs green onions
  • 1 egg
    Toppings: Asian Slaw
  • 1/2 a package of Coleslaw veggies
  • 2 tbs black Chinese vinegar
  • 2 tbs sesame oil
  • 1 tbs soy sauce
  • 2 tbs green onions
    Sambal Oelek Aioli
  • 1 lrg spoonful Sambal
  • 2 spoonfuls mayo
  • Bacon (optional)
  • Kim chi (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare patties by combining patty ingredients in a bow
  2. Using your hands, form into two large patties
    Prepare bun
  3. Prepare the ramen bun by boiling the noodles for a couple minutes or until ready
  4. Use biscuit cutter, or mason jar lids, to shape the ramen noodle burger buns (pack tightly)
  5. Cook in air fryer for 4 minutes at 390°
  6. Flip noodle buns and add another 4 minutes at 390°
    Prepare toppings
  7. In a separate bowl, combine Asian slaw ingredients and mix well
  8. For the Sambal Oelek Aioli combine the aioli and mayo, mix well
    Build Burger in this order:
    Noodle bun
    Sambal aioli
    Asian slaw
    Patty
    Bacon
    Kim chi
    Noodle bun
