Whip up this simple dessert in your pressure cooker.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups water
  • 2 cups medium grain rice
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup Stevia
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 4 cups almond milk
  • 1 1/2 tsp almond extract
  • 2 sticks cinnamon (plus more for garnish if desired)

Instructions

  1. Pour water and rice into pressure cooker. Use the rice preset to pressure cook rice.
  2. Stir and add cinnamon, Stevia, sugar, raisins, almond milk, almond extract, and cinnamon. Stir to combine.
  3. Serve with additional cinnamon sticks, if desired. Enjoy!
