Whip up this simple dessert in your pressure cooker.
- 3 cups water
- 2 cups medium grain rice
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup Stevia
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup raisins
- 4 cups almond milk
- 1 1/2 tsp almond extract
- 2 sticks cinnamon (plus more for garnish if desired)
- Pour water and rice into pressure cooker. Use the rice preset to pressure cook rice.
- Stir and add cinnamon, Stevia, sugar, raisins, almond milk, almond extract, and cinnamon. Stir to combine.
- Serve with additional cinnamon sticks, if desired. Enjoy!
