This dish is a great holiday twist on the traditional hummus

Ingredients

  • 15 oz. can chickpeas, drained
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • ¼ cup tahini
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 canned chipotle
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ of lemon zested
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • ¼ tsp smoked salt to taste
  • ¼ tsp cayenne

Instructions

  1. Combine all of the hummus ingredients together in a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy. Add more oil or lemon if desired.
  2. Pour into a serving bowl. Garnish as you like. Serve with your favorite chips!
