Like a strawberry cheese cake that you can eat on the go!
Ingredients
- 8 egg roll wrappers
- 10 strawberries, diced
- 2 Tbsp butter, melted
- 8 oz. cream cheese, room temperature
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 1/2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- Pinch of cinnamon
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese with sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, and lemon juice.
- Gently fold strawberries into the cream cheese mix, do not beat the strawberries.
- Lay egg roll wrappers down and place 2 tablespoons of cream cheese mixture in the center. Fold side corners in, and begin rolling. Use water to seal the edges.
- Place egg rolls on a mesh tray and brush with melted butter. Bake the egg rolls at 370⁰F for 15 minutes or until browned.
- Allow to fully cool before serving.
